XX May 2024 - New feature alert - My Custom Reports
Do you find yourself jumping between multiple reports to get the full picture of your business performance and wish you could view it all on the same report? Our new CLEARVIEW feature, My Custom Reports, allows you to do that! Create personalized reports that align with your preferences and current business focus. Simply drag and drop the columns to be in the order you wish to view them. Save those report views for easy access in the future.
26 October 2023 - Set-up
Now get started on CLEARVIEW quickly and easily with our step-by-step slide tours, included on the Set-up page under Get Started. These tours guide you with setting up your store on CLEARVIEW, managing CLEARVIEW user access for your organization and setting up employee files.
27 July 2023 - New feature alert - My Dashboard - Historical
The CLEARVIEW Team is excited to introduce a new customizable reporting tool that you will have access to from 31 July 2023 onwards! This new report allows you to select from a list of key performance indicators (KPIs) to create unique analysis reports to suit your needs. All changes you make to dashboard views only impacts yourself and doesn’t affect other people or other areas of CLEARVIEW, so have fun and poke around!

Our latest update to Online Help includes pages from CLEARVIEW’s labour module. Everything you need to know about these pages is now available in the User Guide.

We've launched a swanky new Online Help Center that aims to provide you with everything you need to know about CLEARVIEW and how to use it. We will be adding more content to it regularly and we're open to feedback. Feedback can be sent to us through the email address provided on the Help & Support page.
